Keep your home comfortable year-round with our HVAC Service Agreement, a convenient plan that ensures your heating and cooling system runs efficiently in every season.
Your plan includes two professional maintenance visits each year- one in spring and one in fall. We make sure your system is always tuned up and ready to perform when you need it most. Services will be scheduled closer to maintenance due date.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Spring Maintenance
● Replace filters
● Blow out condensate drain and clean pan
● Measure Freon levels and refill as needed (Freon priced per pound- additional charge)
● Visually inspect for refrigerant leaks
● Check supply and return air temperatures
● Inspect electrical disconnect for proper operation
● Tighten electrical connections
● Measure and record volts/amps on motors
Fall Maintenance
● Replace filters
● Inspect adjust ignition and burner assembly
● Inspect heat exchanger
● Sequence electric heat
● Check AMP draw
● Inspect and adjust indoor blower components
● Tighten electrical connections
● Blow out condensate drain and clean pan
● Cycle heating and cooling systems
● Check outside air economizer
